Basic Information Security Policy
1. Purpose
ARCHION Co., Ltd. and the ARCHION Group (hereinafter referred to as 'ARCHION', which includes Hino Motors, Ltd., Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, and their consolidated subsidiaries) recognizes that the information, including corporate secrets and personal information entrusted by customers and business partners, as well as the systems for managing and protecting such information, and the systems related to the control of ARCHION's facilities and products (hereinafter referred to as "Information Assets"), are important assets in ARCHION's business activities. Based on this recognition, ARCHION established this Information Security Basic Policy to systematically and continuously address information security.

ARCHION contributes to creating a safe cyber space where users can enjoy the benefits of the internet and other virtual spaces (hereinafter referred to as "Cyber Space") with peace of mind, which are composed of information systems and information communication networks.
(5) Information Security Management
ARCHION conducts information security risk management, including incident response, along with the establishment of a governance structure, to continuously promote and improve information security.
