ARCHION Corporation (hereinafter, the “Company”) aims, through active participation in social media, to enable stakeholders to become better acquainted with the Company. The Company will also endeavor to disseminate appropriate information via social media regarding the Company’s various initiatives, including products, technologies, services, social‑contribution activities, and branding activities.

• With respect to the dissemination of the Company’s official announcements and views, such information shall be published through posts by the Company on the Company’s website (https://www.archion.co.jp) and on official social media accounts to which this Policy applies (the “official accounts”).
• The Company will endeavor to disseminate information using appropriate content, expressions, and methods so as not to cause misunderstanding through the dissemination of uncertain or inaccurate information. If dissemination containing inaccuracies or likely to cause misunderstanding occurs, the Company will promptly issue an apology and a correction.
• The Company will comply with the rules of each social media platform and respect the culture and etiquette of the relevant communities.
• The Company respects the rights of others, including intellectual property rights such as copyrights and rights relating to privacy.
• As a general rule, the Company does not respond to user posts or comments on the Company’s official account pages/channels, nor to individual messages such as DMs (direct messages).
• The Company does not follow all users who follow (including “likes” and “shares”) the Company’s official accounts; conversely, the Company’s official accounts may follow users even if such users do not follow the Company’s official accounts.
• The Company may change part or all of the content of information posted without prior notice to users.

Means of communication that disseminate information using the internet, including X, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, electronic bulletin boards, and the like.

The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for articles, photographs, videos, comments, or any other content posted by users to the Company’s official accounts.
Communication between users conducted via social media services does not, under any circumstances, constitute an official notice from the Company. Articles, photographs, videos, comments, and other content posted by users are based on the views of the respective users and do not reflect the Company’s official position or endorsement.
The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages suffered by users or third parties arising from disputes between users, or between a user and a third party, in connection with the Company’s official accounts.
The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages suffered by users resulting from the use of social media or the inability to use social media for any reason.
The Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, temporarily suspend or terminate part or all of the services provided on the Company’s official accounts, and assumes no responsibility whatsoever in connection therewith.

While the Company welcomes followers of the Company’s official accounts to share opinions and views on social media, the Company requests that, when posting or commenting, users observe rules and good etiquette.

The Company may, without prior notice to the relevant user and at the Company’s discretion, take measures such as hiding or deleting the relevant posted articles, photographs, videos, comments, or other content, or blocking the relevant user, if the Company confirms that a user has engaged in any of the following acts on the pages/channels of the Company’s official accounts.

1. Acts that violate laws and regulations, or acts related to criminal conduct (including announcing criminal acts, encouraging crime, or acts related to suicide, abuse, or self‑harm).
2. Acts that infringe the privacy of specific individuals, such as disclosing or leaking personal information without the individual’s consent.
3. Acts that defame, slander, or libel individuals, companies, or organizations.
4. Acts that infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, or design rights, or rights of publicity/portrait rights.
5. Posting content (images, videos, comments, etc.) that is contrary to public order and morals, or that constitutes hate speech.
6. Acts related to political activities, election activities, or religious activities
7. Acts for the purpose of affiliate marketing, advertising, promotion, sale and purchase, solicitation, or recruitment
8. Acts of impersonating a third party
9. Acts that cause misunderstanding to third parties, such as spreading baseless rumors or posting false information
10. Acts of providing, or acts that may provide, harmful programs, etc.
11. Acts that impede sound communication on social media, or acts that interfere with the operation of the Company’s official accounts
12. Acts that violate the terms of use established by social media operators
13. Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

All intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, know‑how, and ideas) contained in information displayed or provided on the Company’s official accounts belong to the Company or to the rights holders who own such rights.
Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute information provided through the Company’s official accounts without obtaining permission from the Company or the relevant rights holders as set forth in the preceding paragraph. The Company disclaims all responsibility related to third‑party posts on the Company’s official accounts.

The scope of this Policy covers the Company’s official accounts and pages, and any text referenced by this Policy relates to the Company.

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and if litigation becomes necessary in connection with the official accounts, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
